Exceptional and efficient service at Home Affairs Bellville - Passport application
This review is particularly aimed at one lady that works at Home Affairs in Bellville - Bussisiwe (not sure of last name). I was in need of renewing my passport and applying for a new ID card and was told to not got to home affairs in Bellville as I'd have a nightmare. This couldn't be further from the truth. All staff, though swamped with people and a mountain of work, were friendly and efficient in particular Bussisiwe. She would help customers with their relative queries with a smile on her face and when she had no work to do/no customers to help at her desk she would walk down the queues of people and ask what they were here for and direct them to the correct channels - all with the biggest smile on her face. She displays an amazing work ethic and impeccable customer service. In my opinion this young lady should be in a management position and if I had my way she would run department of home affairs for South Africa as a whole.
